Lunch: Leftover Black Bean Soup that I made on day 9 and froze
Dinner: I got home just after 8:30pm and didn’t have any leftover to reheat, so kinda through a bunch of things into a pan and called it dinner.
Tofu, Quinoa, Edamame, Carrots, Spinach, Sweet Potatoes
