I tried to be extra good today to make up for yesterday’s Indian food slip-up.
Breakfast: The Usual
Lunch: I love going to Longo’s grocery store because they have a great salad bar filled with a variety of fresh choices. I combined some spring mix lettuce, spinach, couscous, quinoa, carrots, radishes, and feta cheese.

Tomatoes aren’t really detox friendly, but Dr. Joshi says roasted tomatoes are better than raw/regular.
