Dr Joshi Detox: Day 5


This post isn’t that exciting as I had leftovers for both lunch & dinner today- I actually had stuff to do today for once!

Breakfast was the now usual gluten-free granola, banana, and soy milk.

Lunch was the last bits of that Quinoa Salad and some almonds.

Dinner was the leftovers of yesterday’s brown rice bowl.

It was so hot out today and I wished I could have indulged in an iced coffee or frappuccino, but stuck with the water instead.

5 days down, 16 to go!
